Terms and Conditions of Service

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between BEST OF ROME TOUR DI CHOWDHURY SAKIB E AHMED RIPON S.N.C. (operating as "Best in Rome Tour", "we", "us") and any individual or entity ("User", "Customer", "You") booking activities, tours, or travel services via www.bestinrometour.com.

By completing a booking on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms.

In compliance with Article 2250 of the Italian Civil Code, our complete legal entity details are as follows:

• Contract Formation: A binding purchase contract is formed once payment is successfully authorized and a digital booking confirmation/voucher is generated to your email.

• Pricing Currency & Taxes: All prices on bestinrometour.com are displayed in Euros (€) and include mandatory Italian Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.

• Payment Processing: Payment must be made in full at the time of booking using our secure PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, major credit/debit cards).

• Standard 24-Hour Free Cancellation: Cancellations submitted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled local start time of the tour are eligible for a 100% full refund.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations requested within 24 hours of the tour departure, or failure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the appointed time ("No-Show"), are strictly non-refundable.

• Non-Refundable Monuments & Tickets: Select entrance tickets (such as nominative Colosseum or Vatican entry tickets) carry strict non-refundable policies imposed by state monument authorities once generated. These exceptions are clearly specified on the respective product page.

• Operator Cancellations: If a tour is canceled by us or an official supplier due to extreme weather, safety risks, strikes, or state closure of monuments, you will receive a 100% full refund or a free rebooking option.

• Check-In Requirements: Customers must arrive at the designated meeting location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled tour start time.

• Identification: Travelers must carry a valid government-issued photo ID or passport matching the name on the booking voucher, as required by Italian security regulations for entrance to national monuments.

• Best in Rome Tour maintains professional civil liability insurance coverage as mandated for travel agencies under Italian Tourism Law (Codice del Turismo, D.Lgs. 79/2011).

• We are not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of personal items during tours, nor for unexpected delays caused by public transit strikes, traffic, or security checks.

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Italy. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome (Foro di Roma), without prejudice to consumer rights granted under EU Regulation.
