We understand that travel plans may change unexpectedly. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the rules and conditions regarding cancellations, refunds, and changes to your booking with our Rome travel services. By confirming a reservation, you agree to the terms below.
1. Cancellation by Customer
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour or service. Cancellations made within this period will be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the type of service booked.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed based on the cancellation timeline and booking conditions. Full refunds are only applicable for cancellations made within the allowed time frame. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services, such as skip-the-line tickets, special events, and airport transfers, are non-refundable once confirmed. This ensures guaranteed access and availability reserved specifically for you. Please review details before booking.
4. Cancellation by Company
In rare cases where we must cancel a tour or service due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, or operational issues), you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
5. Changes & Rescheduling
Customers may request to change the booking date or reschedule services, subject to availability. Such requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Additional charges may apply depending on the type of service.
